We send a majority of our email to ISPs that are not in the top five email services. For context, we provided a visual that indicates the where our email traffic typically goes. So, what does this mean for you? Well, a number of those ISPs (in the “Other” category) run your email messages through a series of content filters, which our free Spam Scoring feature is based on. Pay attention to your Spam Score especially when it exceed 5 or more.
Our suggested best practices and active enforcement of our Acceptable Use Policy allows you to confidently send permission-based email from the Infusionsoft network with up to 99.8% deliverability. As a result, we now deliver over 82 million email messages per week on behalf of you. That’s a lot of email!
