Over the next month, we will introduce a change for all users so it’s even easier to sign into Infusionsoft accounts. Infusionsoft ID is a long-term solution that you will use to sign into Infusionsoft accounts, CustomerHub and future products and services that we have in our family. To get comfortable with this transition, here’s a tutorial on how to setup and use your Infusionsoft ID.
Infusionsoft ID enables you to access multiple services with one email address and password. We’ve been busy for the past couple months making sure the migration process is easy for you.
It wasn’t too long ago that we only had one set of credentials to access Infusionsoft. Now that we have more products, more services like the Community and the Marketplace, there’s a need for us to simplify and improve our login experience so it’s easy, secure and scales with the needs of our users. Until now, these platforms all had separate usernames and passwords.

How to Create Your Infusionsoft ID
In only four steps and about five minutes, you can create your Infusionsoft ID. You will need to know your username and password for your Infusionsoft application to link it to your email address.
- When your Infusionsoft account is ready for migration, you will be presented with a green notice suggesting that you create your Infusionsoft ID. This is official – we will never ask you for your password via email. (For first-time users, there will be a WalkMe tutorial guiding you along the way, too!)
- Fill out all the fields, set a secure password and agree to the terms and conditions. This will be your login information for all Infusionsoft products and services.
- Sign in with your previous login for your Infusionsoft account to link it to your Infusionsoft ID. You only have to do this once for each Infusionsoft account that you have.
- When you’re complete, click the Done button. Next time you login to your Infusionsoft account, you will use your email address and password.

I imagine that setting up another login probably isn’t on the top of your to-do list. When we deploy Infusionsoft ID to users, you’ll have a couple weeks to migrate your sign in credentials over and will display a countdown until it’s required. When you see this Infusionsoft ID notice, don’t panic, but make time to complete the transition soon.
If you manage multiple Infusionsoft accounts, you can seamlessly switch between them by moving your mouse over your profile icon on the top of your Infusionsoft application and clicking on the desired account.
