I know this topic isn’t very exciting for a Friday evening, but I’m happy to introduce a few guidelines as it pertains to how people can use our published content. This helps you so you better understand how you can use our content within our accepted guidelines.
Some of you might have asked yourselves, “Can I reference this on my blog or website?” The answer is yes, but there are some simple guidelines to follow.
I want to affirm that we respect the interests of publishers and honor the spirit of Fair Use, but it’s now time for us to firm up a policy that hasn’t really existed before. Our Content Usage Guidelines are fairly flexible, easy to follow and apply to all media that our intellectual property exists on. This policy applies to all other brands within the Infusionsoft family. Just so we’re both clear, this policy does not apply to anything our users create.
We put a lot of work into every idea, every blog post, every e-book, every video, every slide deck, every infographic and every interview we publish. We would like to ensure our copyrights and trademarks remain strong and in force. As such, we would like to ask that other publishers respect these guidelines when republishing our content.
It makes us happy to see other people talking about our ideas and featuring our content, so please continue to do so. The boilerplate of our content guidelines is to provide attribution and be considerate to the amount of content you use of ours.

Thank you for your support and interest in our content. I hope you find these guidelines fair and reasonable. Please let us know in the comments below and we will consider your feedback so we can continually improve and ensure that our content maintains its quality and integrity.
