Instead of going right after the sale, they offer helpful information to prospective buyers. Specifically, they educate them on what qualities to look for among reputable pool builders and tips to prepare them for the intimidating process of designing the perfect pool. This content is great because it helps leads become better informed without being pushy about it. Instead of going after every lead, they are able to work with the ones who show a strong interest. At specified intervals, a follow-up message is sent to check on the interest level from people who request the free report.
With this marketing approach, Ken attracted the right kind of leads who wanted to build a custom pool. A benefit of this automated process is that the leads already know what they want, so they are able to shorten the introductory discussions with new customers. These emails are great conversation starters because all someone needs to do is hit ‘Reply’ or click the necessary links to discuss their options with a member of his team.
With Infusionsoft, Ken stays in touch with leads, communicates with customers and generates referrals easily. Considering that a majority of custom pool builders fail to follow up with leads, this gives them a strategic advantage to build and develop relationships with their leads and eventually win the sale.
