A few weeks ago, I sent a survey to email subscribers of our blog and we learned a lot from your responses. Based on the results, we will be making enhancements to the content we publish and improving how we get it to you.
Here are highlights from what you’ve told us:
- Most of you use Infusionsoft and want to learn more about sales and marketing strategies. You want to get deeper into the software and to look at more customer examples.
- You want to choose between a weekly email digest or a same-day email delivery of blog posts.
- A majority of you really enjoy our blog. But there are still areas we can improve to enhance your overall experience.
- An overwhelming percentage (93%) of you are interested in product tips.
So, here’s what we’re doing to make our blog even more relevant and valuable for you:
We’re introducing new topics and formats designed specifically for you.
I didn’t realize how many of you were customers. Wow! With that in mind, we can go even deeper into the strategies and specific scenarios that apply to users of our software. We will be featuring more tips to maximize your sales and marketing efforts with Infusionsoft and helping you make the next big leap in your business.
We’re improving our blog email delivery so we send you content from our blog weekly or daily.
Since we migrated from FeedBurner last December, I can affirmatively say that we are seeing higher email deliverability and response rates to our blog posts. We’ve also increased the frequency of our posts and as a result, same-day email delivery can be a bit overwhelming. I’m looking forward to offer you the choice between same-day delivery or weekly digests soon.
We’re launching a weekly video series designed to take on your questions and give you in-depth answers.
For those that have seen me on the InfusionCon live stream, you know I love answering your questions and giving you insider access to people and resources. We might start out a bit rough around the edges, but I’m looking forward to turning it into a valuable resource that will help you succeed.
We’re going to share Lifecycle Marketing tips that focus on Infusionsoft.
I admit, we haven’t focused a lot on explaining Lifecycle Marketing for Infusionsoft users. We’ll help break down every stage of the our proven customer lifecycle strategy and provide you actionable advice that you can easily apply it to your sales and marketing plan.
