She doesn’t compare herself to other entrepreneurs (like Iron Tribe Fitness) because she focuses on her definition of success.

As a trainer for speakers, Michael’s definition of success isn’t necessarily quantifiable, but he wants to make sure that he can sleep at night knowing he’s making a difference in the world around him. At the end of the day, he simply wants to be happy and feel satisfied in what he’s doing to help people be confident when speaking.

As a marketing expert, Patrick’s definition of success is all about having confidence in the systems he uses in his business. Specifically, he enjoys the predictability in his sales and marketing processes so he can relax at the end of the day. As an entrepreneur, he embraces the idea of continual improvement.
