The Battle of the Apps Finalists have put in a lot of work to help make your experience with Infusionsoft even better. Learn more about what apps made it to the finals in our blog post here.
Meet Daniel Kurt, co-founder of Revenue Conduit. He met his co-founder, Parag Jagdale, in college and have been working on a series of projects since.
He not only created a fantastic e-commerce solution, he’s also an Infusionsoft Certified Partner, so he intimately knows the needs and interests of small business owners who choose Infusionsoft for their needs.
Discovering Infusionsoft
When Daniel first came to Infusionsoft, he was like many entrepreneurs who sells products online. He was using Magento shopping cart along with MailChimp for his email campaigns. He wanted to market to his prospects based on where they came from as well as deeper segments such as product purchases and overall engagement. He ran into a number of limitations as well as spent a lot of time importing and exporting data from multiple systems.
He decided to pursue Infusionsoft because of its all-in-one sales and marketing capabilities. He took full advantage of his Success Consultant who opened his eyes further to the true power that Infusionsoft can do for his business.
Even though he was successful in his use of Infusionsoft, he still had a need to connect it to Magento, his shopping cart. He discussed his needs with Parag, and had developed a solution that solved.
Customer Demand
Like many developers, Daniel was his own first customer. He had felt the benefits from simple, yet powerful, targeting in his marketing campaigns. Once this was working well for him, he pondered the opportunity of sharing this integration with others.
Parag and Daniel explored all sorts of shopping carts out there. They got excited at the idea of creating a much-desired solution for small businesses to connect to other well-known shopping carts. They discovered there is a large number of small businesses out there who use third-party shopping carts. Further, these business owners had spent a lot of money on custom solutions and didn’t quiet achieve the outcomes they had desired.
Realizing this very real demand, they got to work on creating Revenue Conduit. Daniel had shut down his e-commerce business and dedicated himself fully to making Revenue Conduit successful for his users. He became an Infusionsoft Certified Consultant and was helping users with high-value implementations of Infusionsoft with an e-commerce twist.
The unique approach that Daniel and Parag offer benefits e-commerce retailers. He focuses on discovering which customers buy frequently, what products lead to repeat customers and what traffic sources result in more profitable customers. With this data, he counseled a client into realizing sales totaling $30,000 in only a week and a half. “Data-driven campaigns are powerful,” affirms Daniel.
He blends his experience as an entrepreneur himself, his knowledge of the customer lifecycle and his use of a number of shopping carts into creating Revenue Conduit.
Love of Small Business
Daniel knows the pains and pleasures of being an entrepreneur. He had experienced the realities of running an e-commerce business on a personal level. It’s tough to compete with the likes of Amazon and constant changes seen with Google. Traffic can be on your website one day, gone the next. Online retailers often compete on price and that’s quite difficult, especially for smaller businesses.
He instantly connected with Infusionsoft’s ideology. The Lifecycle Marketing Model, gave him the guidance needed to attract, sell and wow his customers. He was looking for an ally for small businesses like his and found it with Infusionsoft. “When we found Infusionsoft, we found our home,” said Daniel.
More about Revenue Conduit
After countless hours of development and even two complete rebuilds, Revenue Conduit provides a deep, seamless integration between Infusionsoft and four leading shopping carts: Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce and Volusion. His solution could be used by the 400,000 online retailers currently using these shopping cart platforms. Revenue Conduit’s offering starts at $24.95 per month with a one-month free trial.
Daniel built Revenue Conduit specifically for Infusionsoft users who are busting at the seams of our e-commerce features. Maybe you already are using either of these shopping carts separately? Then you would be a perfect fit for Revenue Conduit.
Revenue Conduit enables Infusionsoft users to automatically:
- Market to first-time customers and start building a relationship that will lead to future purchases
- Upsell and cross-sell based on actual products purchased
- Segment your customers based on the last time they bought, how many times they bought and up much they have spent. For instance, you can easily put a campaign in place for customer segments like all those that have spent more than $1,000, have bought 3 or more times but have not bought in at least six months. Just think of all the value locked up in the data in your shopping cart! Revenue Conduit makes all of that data actionable
- Run replenishment, reengagement, reward and many other types of campaigns
- Run newsletter syncing, customer group syncing and more
Customer Response
Right now, Revenue Conduit has multiple listings in the Marketplace. They have a number of five-star reviews and comments from happy customers. They just passed their 100th customer and plan to bring on thousands more. Daniel tells me that he loves the fact that his customers can easily connect shopping carts with Infusionsoft affordably and easily.
